Putting the Front Desk in the Hotel Guest’s Pocket

More and more hotels are giving their guests access to tech tools to check in and check out, make room requests, order room service, and plan their events during their stay. Hoteliers are using technology to make it easier for guests to let hotels know what they need and what they want which ultimately improves the their experience.

But, to do this a hotel needs the proper infrastructure and tools to achieve a seamless transaction from staff delivery to guest satisfaction.
